Songa Offshore Norwegian & UK operations
Songa Offshore owns three rigs currently operating on the Norwegian Continental Shelf, the Songa Dee is currently on a contract with Marathon/Lundin since Q-1 2009, Songa has full operational responsibility and management of the rig. Songa Trym and Songa Delta are currently being managed by Odfjell Drilling operating for Statoil Hydro and Wintershall/Det Norske respectively, the rigs will continue operating under these arrangements and contracts until Q-1 2011 and Q-2 2012 respectively.
The Stavanger Operations office was set up in May 2007 to manage and operate the Songa Dee and to support the Songa Trym and Songa Delta operations as required.
